Ibiza Season 2026: The Club Guide

J

Jonathan Barlow

The Island

Ibiza is not a destination. It is a commitment. The Balearic island off the Spanish coast has been the global capital of electronic music since the 1980s, and four decades later, the clubs still set the standard for what a night out can be.

The Clubs

Pacha

The iconic cherry logo. Pacha has been open since 1973. The main room holds 3,000 and the programming spans house, techno, and pop-influenced dance music. The VIP areas are worth it here — the sightlines to the DJ booth are perfect.

Amnesia

The club that invented the foam party. Two rooms — the Main Room and the Terrace — each with its own sound and its own crowd. The terrace at sunrise is one of the most photographed moments in clubbing.

DC-10

The airport-adjacent club that launched Circoloco. The most underground of the major clubs. Concrete floors, minimal production, maximum musical integrity. Monday morning sessions are legendary.

Ushuaia

The open-air hotel-club hybrid that redefined daytime parties. Pool, stage, hotel rooms overlooking the dancefloor. David Guetta, Calvin Harris, and Martin Garrix hold residencies.

Hi Ibiza

The newest mega-club, built on the site of the former Space. The Theatre room's LED ceiling is staggering. The Club room is more intimate. Programming leans toward the progressive and melodic end of the spectrum.

Survival Tips

  • Clubs open at midnight. Peak hours are 2-5 AM.
  • Pre-drinks are essential. Club prices are steep.
  • Sunscreen at day parties. You will burn.
  • Eat at Es Boldado for seafood with sunset views before going out.

  • Ibiza earns its legend every summer. The music evolves, the clubs adapt, and the sunrise over the Mediterranean never gets old.
